That is why, from 1 September to 30 November 2026, Nordica Residence in Kyiv is running its Parking Sharing promotion. Every month, purchasers of property other than parking spaces will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to use a parking space free of charge for one year.
In other words, you buy an apartment and we give you the chance to use the underground car park for a year at no additional cost.
How can you take part?
There is nothing extra you need to do. Entry into the promotion is automatic.
To participate, simply purchase a property at Nordica Residence during the promotional period, enter into the relevant agreement and meet the applicable payment terms.
One agreement means one chance to win. If you purchase several properties under separate agreements, each agreement will be entered into the prize draw separately.
Three Draws – Three Opportunities
A prize draw will be held each month based on sales completed in September, October and November.
One winner will be selected in each draw. There will be three winners in total, each of whom will receive the right to use a parking space free of charge for one year.
