Window structures are being installed in the second building
RIEL Real Estate Corporation continues active construction of the Nordica Residence RC. In the second phase of the second building, window structures are being installed on floors 7-8, while buiders are completing the installation of the floor slabs on the top floor.
Wall masonry is being carried out on floors 21-22, and the roof is being installed on the lower terrace, along with prefabricated smoke extraction and ventilation units.
In the third building, window structures have been installed up to the ninth floor, and roofing work is 80% complete. Installation of internal engineering networks has begun: heating, ventilation, water supply, and sanitation systems. At the same time, electrical work and elevator installation are continuing, with 30% currently complete.
The third stage involves preparations for pile installation.
In the first parking lot, water supply and sewage systems have been completed, and ventilation is 80% complete. Window structures have been installed, and preparations are underway for pouring the screed, after which door installation will begin. Landscaping is also being carried out: 180 fir trees have already been planted around the perimeter.
Bricklaying of walls has begun in the second parking lot.
