Facade work is being carried out in the house No. 1
Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the first stage of Nordica Residence RC, facade work is being performed in the house No. 1, the roofing and windows are 85% ready, and the blockwork of commercial premises and the installation of ventilation and sewer networks are also ongoing. According to the project manager, in parking lot No. 1, preparations for waterproofing work are underway; the wall laying is 85% complete.
In the second stage, monolithic structures of the second floor are being erected in the house No. 2. In the house No. 3, cutting off excess piles and crushed stone preparation are underway, after which we begin foundation pour.
