Active work on buildings and car parks

In the second stage of construction in the second building, the walls have been erected up to the 25th floor, and windows have been installed up to the 21st floor. Heating, ventilation, water supply and sanitation networks are being laid from the 5th to the 10th floors. The screeds are ready on the third, fourth and fifth floors, and pouring is underway on the sixth, seventh and eighth floors. Roofing work is 50% complete, and ventilation shafts have been installed. Plastering work and the installation of windows and doors for cold passageways have begun.

In the third building of the second stage, roofing work has been completed, one lift has been installed, and ventilation equipment has been installed. The pouring of screeds and the laying of HVAC and electrical networks from the 5th to the 10th floors are ongoing, and plastering work has begun. Windows and doors for cold passageways are also being installed.

In the first car park, screeds are being poured, and the wet façade is 80% complete. The smoke extraction system is being completed, the sprinkler system is 50% complete, and lighting installation is continuing.

In the second car park, bricklaying has been completed, and the smoke extraction system is currently being installed.

As part of the third stage of construction, the foundation pit has already been dug and 50% of the piles have been installed in the fourth building. Preparations are underway for the installation of a tower crane for the fifth building. At the same time, the laying of water supply networks is being completed in accordance with technical specifications.
