The frame of the second building of the second stage has been completed, and wall construction is underway
RIEL Developer continues to work simultaneously on several stages and car parks of the Nordica Residence business-class residential complex, which is being built in Pecherskyi District of the capital.
The monolithic frame has been completed in the second building of the second stage. Wall construction is continuing on floors 23–24.
Window installation is 50% complete. Smoke extraction and ventilation units have been installed on the upper floors. Heating, water supply and sanitation networks are being laid, and preparations are underway for screeding and lift installation.
All windows have been installed in the third building of the second stage, roofing work is 95% complete, and lifts are being installed.
In the second car park (also stage two), bricklaying has been completed on the first floor, and work is continuing on the second floor.
In the first stage, the pouring of screeds has begun in the car park, and the façade is 60% complete. Preparations for the installation of a sprinkler system are also underway.
As part of the third stage, earthworks have begun for the construction of the fourth building.
In addition, the relocation of water supply networks is continuing in accordance with technical specifications.
