Wall construction continues in the second building
Developer RIEL continues active construction of the Nordica Residence Residential Complex. As of May, work is continuing simultaneously on several phases and car parks of the complex.
In the second building of the second stage, wall construction is continuing, and window structures are being installed. At the same time, specialists are completing the installation of parapets and roofing on the lower terrace. On the top floors, the installation of prefabricated smoke extraction and ventilation units is continuing.
In the third building, the installation of window structures is being completed, and roofing work is already 95% complete. The installation of lifts is continuing: one has already been installed, and another is being prepared for installation.
Internal finishing work continues in the first car park. The ventilation system is 85% complete, and the façade is 50% complete. Work is also continuing on covering the ramp.
Bricklaying work is being carried out in the second car park, currently at level -2.
