Current status of work on buildings and car parks
Active construction is underway at the Nordica Residence Residential Complex, with work being carried out simultaneously on the second stage buildings, car parks and the third stage site. We are adhering to the schedule and standards set for this business-class complex in Pechersk.
In the second stage of the second building, we are completing the masonry work. Windows have been installed up to the 25th floor. Heating, ventilation, water supply and sewerage networks have been laid up to the 16th floor. The screed is being laid — the 11th floor is currently being poured. Roofing work is 75% complete. We are also installing windows and doors in the cold passageways.
In the third building, the layout of the HVAC and plumbing pipes has been completed. Plastering and façade work is continuing. The second lift is being installed. The screed is being poured on the 11th floor. We are installing windows and doors in the cold passageways.
In the first car park, the wet façade is 95% complete. The sprinkler system is 75% complete. In the second car park, we are completing the installation of the smoke extraction system.
Within the third stage, pile work has been completed in the fourth building. In the fifth building, 30% of the pile field has been completed.
