Construction is underway
Work continues as scheduled at the Business-Class Nordica Residence Residential Complex construction site in the car parks and buildings.
In the second stage of the second building, 98% of the walls have been laid. The installation of heating, ventilation and water supply pipes with sewerage up to the 20th floor has been completed. In the second car park, the installation of the smoke extraction system has been completely finished and preparations for the installation of the sprinkler system are underway.
