Construction of the Second and Third Stages Continues
Construction of the business-class residential complex Nordica Residence is progressing according to schedule. In the first parking facility, floor screed pouring on level -1 is 90% complete, and finishing works are in progress. On level -2, the screed is 40% complete.
Within the second construction stage, work on the second building has reached the following stages: installation of heating, ventilation, and water supply pipelines has been completed up to the 24th floor. Floor screed pouring is ongoing, roofing works are 100% complete, elevator installation is in progress, and electrical network installation continues.
In the third building, plastering works have begun on the 11th and 12th floors, façade works are actively underway, and installation of two elevators is nearing completion. Floor screed pouring has been completed up to the 14th floor. Additionally, as part of the second construction stage, works continue on the installation of the individual heating substation (IHS) and electrical switchboards.
In the second parking facility, installation of electrical networks has begun.
As part of the third construction stage, foundation beam (rostverk) works have started in the fourth building.
