Nordica Residence RC: laying of walls on the 20th floor continues in the second building
RIEL Real Estate Corporation continues active construction of Nordica Residence. In the second stage of the second building, the walls are being laid on the 20th floor, while monolithic works have already been completed on the 24th floor. At the same time, prefabricated smoke removal and ventilation units are being installed, as well as windows – currently, the work is being carried out on the third floor.
In the third building, window structures have been installed up to the sixth floor, and roofing works have begun. Also, engineering networks K1, K2 and V1 are being laid, and the installation of plumbing systems has started. The masonry walls have already been completed, and builders are installing elevators.
Preparations for the installation of piles are underway in the third stage.
The first parking lot is being equipped with rainwater and sanitation networks, as well as a smoke exhaust system.
