Façade works and installation of lighting in the first building continue
Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the first stage of the Nordica Residence RC in the first building, façade works and installation of façade lighting continue, and the distribution of internal networks: water supply, heating and sewage, is also ongoing, from 2 to 22 floors.
The ventilation system for the parking lot and the building is 80% complete, and the waterproofing of the parking lot is in progress. At the same time, the electrical networks have been installed along the risers, and the installation in the mixed-use complex is underway. The installation of elevators has been completed, and commissioning is underway. The screed has been poured up to the 22nd floor, and the installation of cold passage doors is almost complete. Plastering works are underway in the mixed-use complex.
In the second stage, the construction of monolithic structures on the 13th floor is underway, while the walls are being laid in parallel. In the third house, the construction of monolithic structures on the third floor continues.
The pile field for the second parking lot in the second phase has been fully completed.
In the third stage, the test pile clusters for the construction of the fourth and fifth houses were completed. Preparations for the test are underway.
