In the first stage, the first building is being equipped with heating radiators, 80% readiness, the installation of cold and hot water meters continues, readiness up to the 10th floor. At the same time, the finishing coating in the common facilities is being done, with works being carried out on the 11th, 12th, and 13th floors. We also continue to lay tiles in the common facilities, currently on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors. Elevator portals and the ventilation system in the parking lot are being installed. Preparations are underway for the improvement of the adjacent territory.
In the second stage, the construction of monolithic vertical structures on the 18th floor of the second building has been completed, and the laying of walls on the 14th floor is also underway. At the same time, the smoke removal and ventilation system is being installed.
In the third building, the construction of monolithic structures on the 14th floor has been completed and masonry work is underway on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors.
In the third stage, piles were tested for the future construction of the fourth and fifth buildings. Design work is ongoing.
At the same time, the tie-in of on-site water supply networks to external networks is underway.
The floor slab on the 1st floor of the parking lot is poured.
