Construction status update: August 2024
RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports about the latest achievements at the construction site of the Nordica Residence RC.
Active work continues in the first stage. The arrangement of the ground floor façade and 50% of the installation of heating radiators has been completed in the first building. Installation of cold and hot water meters has begun. Plastering works have been completed in the common areas, and the finishing coating and tile laying have begun. The ventilation system and waterproofing of the parking lot are also underway and are 80% complete.
In the second stage, the construction of monolithic structures on the 16th floor of the second building has been completed, and the laying of walls on the 12th floor is also underway. In the third building, the construction of monolithic structures on the 12th floor continues, and work is underway on the masonry of the walls.
In the third stage, piles were tested for the future construction of the fourth and fifth buildings.
At the same time, on-site electrical networks and heating mains are being laid.
In the parking lot, the floor slab is being poured on the ground floor.
