RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of monolithic structures on the 14th floor has been completed in the second building of the second stage of Nordica Residence, and the laying of walls on the eighth, ninth and tenth floors is underway. In the third building, the construction of monolithic structures on the 11th floor is underway, and the laying of walls on the fourth and fifth floors is in progress.
In the parking lot, we are installing vertical elements of the exterior walls.
In the first building of the first stage, we have completed the façade works (except for the first floor), are installing heating radiators on the third and fourth floors, installing a ventilation system in the parking lot and finishing the elevator portals. Finishing works are underway on the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth floors of the common facilities, and the parking lot waterproofing is in progress, with 60% completed.
At the same time, the builders have completed pouring screeds in the building.
We are installing on-site electrical networks, as well as B1, K1, K2 and heating mains.
