RIEL Real Estate Corporation reports that the construction of monolithic structures of the 13th floor has been completed in the second building of the second stage of the Nordica Residence RC, the laying of walls continues, and seven floors are ready. In the third building, the construction of monolithic structures of the sixth floor and the laying of the walls of the first and second floors is underway.
At the same time, the builders have completed the foundation and walls for the second parking lot, and are starting to arrange the ceiling.
Façade works are ongoing in the first building of the first stage, with completion planned by the end of June (except for the first floor). The installation of heating radiators and electricity meters is underway. The building ventilation system is 100% complete, and work continues in the parking lot. Elevators have also been installed, and commissioning works have been completed. The screed in the building is at the final stage. The installation of cold passage doors is 100% complete, plastering works in the mixed-use complex are ongoing, from the fifth to the ninth floors. The masonry of the walls of the first floor of commercial premises and waterproofing of the parking lot are also underway.
In the third stage, pile testing was completed for the construction of the fourth and fifth buildings.
On-site electrical networks, as well as V1, K1, K2 and heating mains are being installed.
